This machine is a specialized adhesive application device for producing insulated glass, curtain wall glass, and window and door frames, achieving the mixing and application of components A and B in a single step for two-stage sealing. It is particularly suitable for 
adhesives requiring precise mixing ratios and meets the high-efficiency, high-quality, and high-yield production line needs of window, curtain wall, and insulated glass deep-processing enterprises.

The frame is integrally welded, allowing operation with just one air hose. The gantry frame and welded triangle form a stable structure, overcoming the swaying that occurs during cantilever beam operation. The control panel is clearly visible, with a clearer display and simpler, more responsive button operation. The stainless steel glue gun mixing mandrel is durable and provides a more uniform glue mixing effect. A newly configured internal air tank device ensures more stable pressure. The B pump uses a double column and a double-seal pressure plate, completely solving the problem of easy oxidation and leakage of black component glue. The optimized pipeline design solves the problem of slow flow rate found in similar products.

Two-Component Dispensing Machine operation procedure
1. After untying the rope from the glue gun holder, insert it into the hole on the top of the post. 

2. Connect the thick rubber tube (A rubber tube) to the outlet next to the pressure of A rubber, and connect the thin rubber tube (B rubber tube) to the outlet next to the pressure of B rubber, then wrap with raw rubber tape and tighten . 

3. Connect the 12 air hose from the air pump to the main air source. 

4. The lifting system controls the raising and lowering of the white glue pressing plate (A glue). When pressing the glue bucket, turn the lifting switch up. After the pressing plate rises, move the glue bucket to the machine so that it is directly below the A glue pressing plate (turn the plastic bag out of the glue bucket to prevent it from being sucked into the pressing plate and clogging the glue). Then turn the lifting switch down. While the pressing plate moves down to press the glue, open the glue outlet valve on the pressing plate to release air until white glue comes out of the valve, then close it. 

5. For the auxiliary material lifting control, raise and lower the black glue pressing plate (B glue). When pressing the glue bucket, turn the lifting switch up. After the pressing plate rises, move the small glue bucket directly under the B glue pressing plate on the machine (turn the plastic bag outwards to prevent it from being sucked into the pressing plate and clogging the glue). Then turn the lifting switch down. As the pressing plate moves down to press the glue, open the glue outlet valve on the pressing plate to release air until black glue comes out of the valve, then close it.
6. After all the adhesives are pressed together, open the working valves for adhesives A and B, and start the machine (close the reflux valve, open the glue gun ball valve, and apply the mixed adhesives onto the glass). 

When shutting down the machine at the end of the workday, open the return valve, close the glue 
gun ball valve, and turn off the auxiliary material pump. Stop the machine after white glue comes 
out of the glue gun.
