BEEP6211 is a room temperature curing or heat curing epoxy structural adhesive. It has following properties after cured with mixture ratio 1:1 of weight.

1.Resistance of moisture, pollution and other atmospheric constituent
2.High tensile, excellent adhesive property
3.Excellent pollution resistance, low demand of surface pretreatment
4.No solvent, no curing by-products
5.Excellent high and low temperature resistance (-50~150°C)
6.Medium viscosity, good operational process

Application

For bonding of Metal, SMC glass fiber reinforced plastic parts, Aluminum honeycomb panel, Motor iron core, Nomex paper bonding, high-speed rail track repairing, metal and plastic of rail transportation, metal and composite material bonding etc.

Packing&Shipping

Part A-20 kg/Bucket, Part B-20kg/ Bucket; 600ml mixing tube (300ml part A/ 300ml part B).;

50ml mixing tube (25ml part A/ 25ml part B) When stored at 25°C dark and cool place in the original unopened containers, both Part A and Part B have usable life of 12 months from the date of production. It's non-dangerous goods, can be transported and stored normal chemicals.

How to use

1.Stir part A and part B separately in the origin container before taking to mix, keep sealed after taking. 2.Mixing and stirring the mixture at same direction, or there will be too many air inside the adhesive; The adhesive at the frame and bottom of container should be stirred well, or there will lead to somewhere uncured 3.The temperature is too low will lead to low curing speed, heat cure is recommended. When unable to achiev an initial strength, constant temperature control is required on site. 4.The curing process is an exothermic reaction; the amount of adhesive impact the operation time. Abov operation time of 100g is just for reference.
