SV A1 One-component Flexible Expansion Polyurethane Foam
G1-EPS is made of polyurethane environmental protection material, with high bonding strength, large spraying coverage, safety and health, non-toxic and non-irritating smell, fast drying, good spraying performance and other characteristics. Compared with traditional all-purpose adhesive, G1-EPS overcomes product defects such as toxic, odorous, long drying time and damage to human health. This product is widely applicable, convenient and fast. It can be used only by shaking and gently pressing the self-spraying button to solve the problems of scraping, brushing and rolling coating before the change and relying on the air compressor to squeeze out the glue. It can play a significant role in outdoor, aerial work, and the convexity and dead corner bonding of special materials.

Self Life and Storage
12 months in dry and cool place at 18 ºC ~ 22 ºC
Instructions
1..Shake can vigorously for 60 times before using it.
2.Clean and pre-moisten surface before using it.
3.Turn the can upside down and fix it on the gun connection, turn counterclockwise to open the nozzle flow valve and adjust the flow.
4.Vertically fill gaps from the bottom, fill the foam about three quarters of the space.
5.Foam starts curing in 10 minutes. Wait for one hour before doing next step.
6.Use a knife to flatten the foamed outer layer, and use a material such as cement or paint to finish the surface.

The construction surface should grease-free, oil-free and dust-free, and the construction surface should be fully moistened ( spray a little water ) SIWAY PU foam gun is recommended to improve construction quality When spraying from bottom to top, pay attention to the expansion of foam.If you need to replace a new can, shake the new can for one minute, then unscrew the empty one, and clean the connection port of the spray gun with a special foam cleaner. Replace the new can as soon as possible to prevent the connection port of the spray gun from solidifying
After using it, please clean the spray gun thoroughly with cleaner immediately
When spraying in layers, spray water mist before spraying each layer
The cured PU foam is not resistant to UV-rays. Therefore, other coatings ( such as cement mortar ) or sealant should be used to protect the foam surface
