    AB epoxy Potting material adhesive is a two components Epoxy encapsulating product, with high thermal conductivity,cured at room or heat temperature. It's designed for pouring and protecting Auto mobile parts and supply physical strength to the elements, where excellent properties and exceptional thermal shock at elevated temperatures are required.

Application

 

    It's designed for pouring and protecting Auto mobile parts and supply physical strength to the elements, where excellent properties and exceptional thermal shock at elevated temperatures are required.

How to use

   Some filler in part A. Mixing throughly before using part A. Measure part A&B with a ratio 5:1, mixing fully and degas under vacuum. Pls use up in 30 mins. Degas the elements if need after potted the glue, in order to strength the properties. The curing speed would be shortened by large quantity. The curing process was an exothermic reaction. Curing condition: 25ºC*24hrs or 80ºC*2hr suggest curing at 25ºC*10hrs,It can be only cured 70% degree of cross linking, cured another 80ºC×1hr to reach 100% degree. Dispenser choice advice please ask our marketing department.

Packaging & Shipping

    Avoid the sun and heat, stock under sealing. Shelf life at 25ºC : Part A 12 months, part B 6 months; if expired should be tested first. Part A :25kg/drum Part B: 5kg/plastic pot Other size required should be quoted.
