Curing Adhesive General Purpose Neutral Silicone Sealant for Windows and Doors
SV-666 neutral silicone sealant is a neutral curing glue single component. 
It is specially designed for windows and doors caulking sealing general plastic
doors and windows. It has good adhesion to glass and aluminum alloy, and
has no corrosion.

Application Cases
   Mask areas adjacent to joints to ensure neat sealant lines. Apply SV628 in a continuous
operation using dispensing guns. Before a skin forms, tool the sealant with light pressure
to spread the sealant against the joint surfaces. Remove masking tape as soon as the bead
is tooled.

HOW TO USE
 

Surface Preparation

Clean all joints removing all foreign matter and contaminants such as oil, grease, dust,
water,frost, old sealants, surface dirt, or glazing compounds and protective coatings.

Application Method

Mask areas adjacent to joints to ensure neat sealant lines.Apply SV666 in a continuous

operation using dispensing guns. Before a skin forms, tool the sealant with light pressure to

spread the sealant against the joint surfaces. Remove masking tape as soon as the bead
istooled.

Sealant curing speed and operating time will have different with different temperatures and temperature, high temperature and high humidity can make sealant curing speed faster, rather low temperature and low humidity are slower. 21 days after curing--25ºC,50%R.H.

 

LIMITATIONS
   
When surface temperature below 4ºC or over 50ºC

SV666 should not be applied:

    1.For structural glazing
 

   2.For weather seal for curtain walls
 

   3.To underground joints
 

   4.To joints with high movement
 

   5.To the materials that bleed oils , plasticizers or solvents, such as impregnated wood,
       or unvulcanized resin
 

   6.In totally confined spaces as sealant requires atmospheric moisture for cure

      to frost laden or damp surfaces

   7.For continuous water immersion

    1.SV666 is a chemical product, not edible, no implantation into body and should be         
       kept away from children.
 

    2.Cured silicone rubber can be handled without any risk to health.
 

    3.Should uncured silicone sealant contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and 
       seek medical treatment if irritation persists.
 

    4.Avoid prolonged exposure of skin to uncured silicone sealant.
 

    5.Good ventilation is necessary for work and cure places.
